Your plugins is great but i have a little problem when I visit the page the slideshow is not showing and when I click refresh or press F5 the slideshow is now showing. Please help.

Found the reason this isn’t working. For some reason when you just insert in header.php then the quality is low, even if the ‘ShowTime Settings’ in WordPress are set to ‘best’.

Thus, insert and it now shows unpixelated images.

I’m having some problems with the image quality – they come up pixelated.

The ‘Source Image’ for all the photos is set to ‘full’, ‘Display Quality’ set to ‘best’ and I have tried all ‘Scale Modes’.

The images themselves are of high quality so there’s no issue there.

I loved the work you did on your slideshow and was planning to migrate my slideshows over from nextgen gallery.

Unfortunately, every time I give it a shot (both by inserting the [showtime] into a post) or by hardcoding into the them) the slideshow displays the “loading” prompt, which then fades out, leaving the page with just a black box indefinitely.

Mais, depuis la mise à jour, il n’est pas accessible pour les admins dans la liste des plugins.. alors qu’il leur est possible de le gérer par Medias > Showtime Slideshow ? Ils ne peuvent donc pas le désactiver ou l’activer. Ce n’est pas un gros problème, mais..

if the plugin does not show up in the list of plugins, it is not installed. Go to Plugins > Add plugin enter “showtime slideshow” in the search box… click install.

the plugin options are set in Media > Showtime Slideshow.

PS : je parle français également

Now as a superadmin we can activate the plugin for all the blogs, but blog’s admin can’t do it by themselves. The plugin link doesn’t appear in the plugin control panel ?

Any idea ?

A wish for the next next version:

The Ken Burns effect is really nice – but it would be neat if the degree of panning/zooming could be set.

For example: you want a photo to have a very slight KB effect, but always focusing on the centre of the photo, never the corners. This is especially valid for slideshows where the display width/height ratio is very different from the uploaded source image. With a control like this you could use the KB effect as long as you ensure that the important part of the photo is always in the centre.

A control like “Ken Burns effect strength” from 1-100% would help a lot. This could affect both how far from the centre the effect starts and also the amount of zoom/pan.
